The probe set ids must be loaded from the Affymetrix probe set annotation file for the "xxx" chip." ? Answer For older CHP files (generated by Affymetrix GCOS) is a download of information from Affymetrix NetAffx required. Click OK in the dialog and Qlucore Omics Explorer will automatically download the required information. Please note that you will have to have an account with NetAffx.
