The inbuilt log functionality helps you with this. The log functionality is controlled from the log dock window.
The log function lets you create a list of log points. A log point includes the complete state of Qlucore Omics Explorer, meaning that the program stores information about all open plots, settings and data sets used.
Log points are stored in a log file. Log files have the extension ".qclog". Later this file can be imported and each log point can be restored.
