The graphics drivers are up to date. What do I do now? Answer The above problems may be indications of the computer having a bad version of "Dell Backup and Recovery Manager". It is recommended that the user uninstalls that software, as it causes the above problems for QOE and other software created with the Qt libraries. If the customer really needs the Dell software, they must contact Dell and ask them for an updated version that will work with QOE.
