Must a datafile have the extension .gedata?
Answer
Qlucore Omics Explorer accepts several types of data files;".bam", ".vcf", ".gtf", ".cel",".soft",".chp",".txt",".csv", ".gedata".

In FAQ item How to import data (RNA-seq, Illumina, Affymetrix, 10x, Agilent, Wizard, tab separated, csv, txt, bam) more documentation regarding how to import data are provided.

In some operating system it can be difficult to see and change the file extension due to how files are viewed. Please refer to the manuals of your operating system if you want to change the settings for this. One other way to secure the right file extension is to open the file in a spread sheet application and then do "save as" to secure the right extension.
