| Qlucore Omics Explorer calculates the Fold change as 2 to the power of the average difference between two groups that are part of a t-test(Two group comparison). This means that it is assumed that the user already has taken the 2-logarithm of the data (either in Qlucore Omics Explorer) or as part of a normalization procedure. |
