One possible way is to use the free Affymetrix miRNA tool or the Affymetrix Expression Console (file version 2.0 and onwards) and export normalized data as a text file. The text file can then be imported using the Wizard in Qlucore, see How to import data (RNA-seq, Illumina, Affymetrix, 10x, Agilent, Wizard, tab separated, csv, txt, bam). In the cases the exported normalized data file includes annotations also "to the right" of the measurement data a second import step is required in Qlucore. First import all annotations to the left of the measurement data and the measurement data (exclude non data columns such as p-value) using the Wizard (You find the wizard by using File and the Open in Qlucore and then select the file you shall import). Then as a second step import the normalized data file again using the menu File | Import | Variable annotations. Select that variable annotations that you would like to add and you have a fully populated data file imported into Qlucore. |
