This error occurs when you are trying to open .cel files.
There are two possible explanations to this problem.
1. You have a firewall on your computer that is not allowing Qlucore Omics Explorer to access the Affymetrix web-site. Make sure that outgoing TCP traffic is allowed on the FTP port (port 21) for Qlucore Omics Explorer.
2. The array type that you are trying to open and read is not supported. Please issue a support ticket if you are unsure if the array is supported or not.
