There are many different programs and technologies for connecting to a host machine and use the computer you are sitting at as a thin client. If you want to do this and run Qlucore Omics Explorer on the host machine, it can be done as long as the program used for the connection software supports modern 3D-acceleration (OpenGL 3.3 or higher).
Microsoft’s software Remote Desktop does not use a proper DISPLAY. Therefore hardware accelerated graphics will not work when using that application.
