Is an open API included? Answer Yes, you can both write your own R-scripts and also used R scripts that are shipped with Qlucore Omics Explorer. The requirement is that you have R installed locally on your computer and then you can utilize methods such as Welch, Wilcoxon and Limma. The terminology used for this functionality in the program is "Extended statistics" More information is available in the Documentation and Help manager in Qlucore Omics Explorer.
