Answer Limma is part of the extended statistics option. The Extended statistics is a well defined interface to R. To activate the extended statistics option two things must be in place: * R has to be installed on the computer * The extended statistics option need to be activated in Preferences (File menu and then the Statistics tab) The Limma package is required to use Limma, you can download it here, http://www.bioconductor.org/packages/release/bioc/html/limma.html.
