Answer The NGS module in Qlucore Omics Explorer reads and import aligned BAM files and vcf files that are of standard format and if data is generated and available in these formats also biosulfite sequencing data can be used. Note: For the first version of the NGS module, launched together with version 3.3, biosulfite data is not part of the test suite.
