|Yes, it works fine to analyze 16S data with Qlucore Omics Explorer (QOE). Before import data should be pre-processed to with the objective to calculate Operational Taxonomic Units (OTUs). These should be treated as variables. Together with the samples this will then form a count matrix that can be imported with the Wizard. It might be a good idea to normalize the matrix so that every sample sums to one, which means that relative measures are used. It might also be useful to take the logarithm (can be done in QOE).|
Analyze can then be started and tools like PCA and kmeans++ clustering are available.
