Answer Yes. Qlucore Omics Explorer supports two colored arrays. Data generated with Agilent arrays and pre-processed with Agilent Feature Extraction software can be imported directly and normalized in the program. For data from other sources, normalization should be handled before importing the data into Qlucore Omics Explorer.
