| How do I do to eliminate the time factor in data recorded at several time points when I have samples from oth control and diseased patients. |

If we first assume that data that is collected from several patients at several time points and then assume that there are samples both from a control group and from a group of diseased. What we are interested in finding which variables that are discriminating between diseased and control.
The way to set this up is to use a two-group comparison between diseased and control and have time as the eliminated factor.
